There are many definitions of slow, so I wasn’t sure what direction I wanted to take for this posting. I also thought of the saying, “slow and steady win the race.”
I decided to go with slow as in slowing down in the busyness of life. You know how we always seem to be running from one thing to the next?
This picture, taken last year, shows us slowing down and taking time to enjoy life. Ian was fascinated with this map. He borrowed a magnifying glass to study it.
I hope that we can all have some time to slow down and read a map, read a book, or smell the roses. Or many other things that help you slow down and relax.
I wonder if I will have any time to slow down this week? I sure want to do just that!
